This clinic began as a Traditional Chinese Medicine clinic, born from Dr Amanda's own health journey and the realisation that women deserved far more than they were being offered. What started as a deeply personal mission evolved into something larger: Melbourne's leading integrative women's health practice.
For over a decade, Dr Amanda and Dr Chantel have worked side by side, building a practice that walks with women and couples from girlhood to puberty, into menstrual years, fertility, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, peri-menopause, and into the longevity of wise age.
The approach has always been the same: integrate the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine with cutting-edge research. Honour the body's intelligence. Treat the whole person not just the symptoms. Together they have held over 25,000 patients and helped create more than 6,500 families.

Dr Amanda Waaldyk
Dr Amanda Waaldyk is the founder and director of Melbourne's leading integrative women's health clinic. She specialises in fertility, female endocrinology, and women's health across every life stage, integrating ancient wisdom and modern medicine. Her approach is soul meets science and every woman deserves to be truly investigated, not just managed.
She is herself a Stage 4 Endometriosis and Adenomyosis warrior. That lived experience alongside her own fertility journey, miscarriages, and now navigating peri-menopause, is woven into the heart of everything she does. When you sit with Dr Amanda, you are sitting with someone who has been inside this terrain and found the way through.

Dr Chantel Spiteri
Dr Chantel Spiteri is a senior Chinese medicine practitioner, acupuncturist, Chinese medicine herbalist, and Reiki energy healer with a deep calling to her work. Having worked alongside Dr Amanda for over a decade, she has been integral to building this practice into the trusted, transformative space it is today. Dr Chantel bringing her own distinctive gift of healing to every patient she holds.
Through acupuncture, Chantel restores balance within the body's energy channels, promoting the smooth flow of Qi and blood and encouraging the body's own natural healing intelligence. She weaves this with Reiki, a gentle yet powerful spiritual energy that enhances relaxation, wellbeing, and inner harmony. Together, these two modalities help patients reduce stress, boost energy, strengthen immunity, support digestive health, and nurture both body and spirit.
