Angea Acupuncture & Yoga provides holistic, evidence-informed women's healthcare - supporting women through every stage of life, from menstruation and fertility to pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause and beyond. Our clinic is a sanctuary, and our Wellness Concierge is the heart of that experience - You will be the first and last point of contact for every client.

This is an exciting opportunity to establish yourself as an integral member of the Angea team on a casual - part-time basis. We're looking for someone who genuinely loves helping women, is highly organised, takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced wellness environment.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming clients and creating a warm, calm, premium experience from the moment they walk in

• Managing check-in/check-out, payments (HICAPS/EFTPOS), and rebookings

• Supporting and coordinating practitioner diaries, appointments and waitlists

• Handling enquiries via phone, email and in person with warmth and professionalism

• Keeping the clinic beautifully presented and running smoothly day to day

• Contributing ideas to improve client experience and clinic operations

• Assist coordinating workshops, events and community education programs

About you

• You've worked front-of-house or reception before - this is essential

• You're dynamic, autonomous, and comfortable managing a busy space independently

• You're warm, organised, and genuinely love helping people

• You want to become an integral part of our growing clinic 

• Experience in a medical, allied health or wellness clinic - bonus, but not required

• Familiarity with clinic software (e.g. Cliniko) is a plus

Hours Approx. 2–3 shifts/week.
Wednesday evening availability required.

We're looking for someone who enjoys becoming part of a close-knit team and is excited about growing with the clinic. As Angea continues to expand, there may be opportunities for additional hours and increased responsibilities depending on your current skillset.
